Ozburger™ is opening its doors in Washington DC, and we need talented Line Cooks and Grill Cooks to run our kitchen. We serve high-quality smash burgers and sides in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Master the grill station (temperature control, cooking times).
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications perfectly.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- High attention to detail (We treat our kitchen like a Lab!).
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
